Iowa Summer Colorful Family Session: Peaches, grannie quilts, and film!

If the grass isn’t green and the sky isn’t blue then I don’t want it!!!!! Jk but truly this session was so quintessentially Iowan summer, it was what dreams are made of. I especially loved their color scheme for their outfits. Don’t get me wrong, I love a classic neutral look — but these COLORS were speaking to me on a whole nother level. Reds, blues, greens, gingham, stripes, denim, just so much fun. And lil Jack’s Hunter rainboots? R u kidding? We snuggled on a quilt, played tag, and ate peaches. Pro tip: Do your best to make it feel like a fun play time if you have a toddler. They will always resist photos lol it’s in their nature, so making it feel like a game will always help our cause!
